Why This Exists
A Triage System for the Entire Club

Before Bend FC Connect, feedback went to one person's inbox — or worse, nowhere at all. A parent emails a coach. The coach forwards it to a director. The director is out of town. The parent never hears back. Trust erodes.

This platform fixes that. Like a triage clinic, it takes every concern, question, and idea that comes in and immediately routes it to the right person — not just one person, but the entire administrative team and board. There's a primary contact, a secondary contact, and an escalation path for every single category and program in the club.

For parents and players, it means your voice is heard, tracked, and answered — not lost in someone's inbox. You can see exactly who will receive your feedback before you even hit send.

For Bend FC administration, it means no more one-person bottleneck. The entire leadership team has visibility into what the community is saying. Feedback is categorized, filtered, and tracked from "New" to "Resolved." And because everything is captured in one place, the board can identify patterns, spot recurring issues, and make strategic decisions based on real data from their own community — not gut feelings or secondhand information.

The admin dashboard gives Bend FC leadership full visibility and control over every submission, staff member, routing rule, survey, and user with access to the system.
